 The Breaker’s Line — The Royal Branch of Shem through Judah and Persia

The House of Perez (also spelled Pharez or Perets) is the foundational pillar of the royal lineage of Judah — a house born not merely of men, but of prophecy, power, and divine purpose. Perez, the son of Judah and Tamar, was chosen by YAH to carry the scepter bloodline, bypassing all odds at birth by breaking forth from the womb as the firstborn. For this, he was named Perez, meaning "Breaker", symbolizing the destiny of his seed to break through oppression and establish righteous dominion.

From the House of Perez came the line of kings — Boaz, Obed, Jesse, David, Solomon, and beyond. It is this bloodline that carries the covenant of rulership, as prophesied in Genesis 49:10 and reaffirmed in 2 Samuel 7:12–16. The House of Perez is the core of the Davidic dynasty, and thus, the true root of the Lion of Judah.

According to the Ethiopian chronicles, including the Kebra Nagast, Persia is counted among the sons of Shem, the righteous line blessed by Noah. This ancestral record affirms that the seed of Perez migrated and intermingled with Shemitic houses in the East — especially in the land of Elam (Persia/Fars) — keeping the Davidic flame alive during the long exile. Ancient Ethiopic texts confirm this alignment:

"Shem begat Elam, and Elam is Persia."
 

Thus, the House of Perez is not only Judahite by blood but Shemitic by divine alignment, extending its influence through Elam/Persia, Ethiopia, and beyond — forging a royal coalition of covenant bloodlines meant to re-emerge in the last days to restore the tabernacle of David and reign in righteousness.
